Cancellation policy:
We try to create affordable and unique downtown lodging for everyone. In order to keep our price low, we have a very strict cancellation policy. Otherwise we will not be able to provide such low rate. Thank you for your understanding. All cancellation will subject 5% credit card fees.
- Free cancellation until 60 days before check-in (5% credit card fees still apply)
- 50% refund until 30 days before check-in (5% credit card fees still apply)
- No refund if cancel within 30 days.
Please email us if you would like to cancel your reservation. We are sad you have to cancel but hope to see you again. Thank you.
Security deposit:
- $100 security deposit shall be hold during the stay. Fund will be release after 7 days in case of no damage cause by guest during the stay.
- In case of damage to the property cause by guest, near the pier has the right to capture the fund. If damage exceed $100, guest will be charged to cover the repair cost.
